Early in December of this year we found ourselves in a very stressful situation. We had commitments to rent a townhouse and the week before we were to move the deal collapsed. Compounding the issue was impending surgery in early January that would necessitate several weeks of home therapy. We had to have permanent accommodations and had to arrange it during the height of the Christmas season

When we contacted Aud he made arrangements to show us housing the next day, worked late into the night to arrange an offer, helped with a home inspection and a lawyer since we were from out of town.

He responded quickly and professionally with documentation to financial and legal requests and did it all with a warmth and personal care that went way above and beyond a "job".

We began a process on the Sunday and 8 days later had closed the deal and got possession in time to allow us to move in, get settled and organized in time to prepare for the surgery.
